In addition to the founding board, resident company members added in the opening season were: Tony Cox (musical direction), and Ruth Straith (black shirt).

The CAT black shirt is given to those people who have given at least two years of their time and talent to the backstage and/or technical operations of the company. It is not just a recognition of time and effort; it is also a recognition of extra-ordinary competence and makes them members of the resident company.

 

Dick Rogers was added in the1992 season.
